When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address and the details in your message. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we also receive what you choose to share there. Basic technical information may be processed to operate and protect the site.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, discuss or arrange travel services you request, and send a confirmation of your message. We process enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to requests and, where relevant, taking steps towards a contract. We do not sell your personal information.
Who may receive it
Our website, contact form and email providers process information on our behalf. If you ask us to arrange travel, we may share the details necessary to do so with relevant travel providers. WhatsApp is operated by a third party and its own privacy terms apply when you use it. Information may be processed outside the UK; where required, appropriate safeguards apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, provide any agreed service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can ask us to remove an enquiry that we no longer need to retain.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or erase your information, object to or restrict its use, or request a copy where applicable. Email bookings@wingedtravel.com to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
